Assigning authentic grades to a trek is near to impossible because different individuals have different perceptions about a trek. An easy trek for someone can be a bit difficult for another. Trekking grades are assigned from the standpoint of a novice trekker with no physical limitations, considering the multiple factors like length, altitude, remoteness, terrain etc. The trekking grades are as below:
 Easy/Leisurely: Easy treks are usually short treks of duration about a week, with an average walking hour of 5 or less per day and maximum altitude attained, not exceeding 3500 meters. Anybody having no mobility restrictions can pursue this trek.
 Moderate: The treks with maximum elevation of 4,500m, involving more ascents and descents, and an average walking hour of 6 per day are classified as Moderate Treks. Such treks are suitable for people of all ages having good physical fitness.
 Strenuous: The treks that ascends up to 5500 or more, with an average walking hour or 6-7, lasting for more than two weeks, fall under this category. The trek involves some steep ascents and descents, high passes and glacier crossings. Perfect physical fitness, some previous experience and a good preparation are mandatory to pursue such trek.

Typical Day on Camp Trek
 Be greeted with an affectionate smile and a hot cup of morning tea, served at the comfort of your tent by your Sherpa companion.
 Freshen up yourself (hot water will be provided) and launch on the healthy breakfast that usually consists of porridge, breads and eggs.
 Trek commences between 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. and continues for about 3 hrs before halting for lunch.
 Enjoy the energizing lunch and resume trek after about an hour, which again continues nearly for another 3 hours.
 Arrive at the campsite by 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. and freshen up yourself.
 Dinner will be served between 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.
 Do some chit-chat with your crew members but make sure you get in to your tent by 8:00 p.m.

Health predicaments and safety
The Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) is the most concerning health predicament that could almost ruin your dream trek! The prominent symptoms of AMS are headache, lethargy, nausea, and difficulty sleeping. Most trekkers carry a pill called Diamox (which can be purchased in Kathmandu) to counter AMS. However, we always recommended you to consult your family doctor regarding your suitability to these pills. Our guides are super acquainted to the high altitude conditions and are well aware of the precautionary measures to tackle such illnesses.
