It is observed that to change the face of the country, a wise, courageous and responsible person is essential. Unless we create a large group of such people which could take over the various responsibilities in the country and prove their utility and true worth, the country will not be able to achieve satisfactory results in any of the fields.
Through 'Kartavya', we shall try to form that group. If, at 'Kartavya' we succeed in creating those large groups, then the children of tomorrow will get a better future and shall live a cheerful and contented life.
