33855 08/16/2016 Travel 319 /My first trip to Long Island was a reminiscent journey with my husband and his family.
Every year we take a vacation with my husband Tom’s parents and his brother’s family. We’ve gone every where from Key West, Florida to Charleston, South Carolina to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This year we decided to take a reminiscent journey to Long Island, New York to visit the place where my husband and his family are from. My husband and his brother grew up in Port Washington, Long Island and the family had a summer home in Nassau Point on the North Fork.
